This is a wonderful opportunity to work for one of the most respected employers within the travel industry in this area. Based in Brighton you will be looking after a team of 12 people in a call centre environment in a hands off role.
It is essential that you have experience of training, coaching, motivating and leading a team who are working to targets in a customer focused*sales environment. This role requires a strong desire to manage and develop people and a proven track record of people management. You will have a strong sales background and travel industry experiencewould be an advantage but not essential. You will also ensure that effective relationships are built and maintained with key partners and suppliers. It is essential you have self motivatation, strong organisational skills and ability to work under pressure
